Terms of Service

By accessing or using Virel ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (or the company you represent) and Virel.

Virel provides automated competitive intelligence for SaaS companies. This includes weekly AI-generated briefings covering competitor pricing, product changes, review signals, and hiring activity delivered by email and accessible via a web dashboard.

The Service is provided on a subscription basis at £249/month. A 14-day free trial is available. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

• Free trials last 14 days from the date your account is activated by us.
• No credit card is required to start a trial.
• One trial per company. Duplicate trials are not permitted.
• After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are issued for partial months.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute intelligence reports without our written consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Service
• Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any individual or company
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent trial limits

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Competitive intelligence reports are generated using publicly available information from competitor websites, review platforms, and job boards. We do not engage in hacking, misrepresentation, or accessing non-public information.

Virel owns all rights to the Service, including the software, design, and methodology. Reports generated for your account are licensed to you for internal business use only.

The Service is provided "as is". We make no warranty that competitor intelligence is complete, accurate, or up to date — it is based on publicly available information which may be incomplete or change rapidly.

We are not liable for any business decisions made based on Virel reports. Intelligence is provided for informational purposes and should be verified before acting on it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Virel's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, without obligation to refund any fees paid.

On termination, your data will be retained for 30 days during which you may request an export, then permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that period constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
